Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups shortcake pieces or biscuits, split
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • Whipped cream, optional
  • Fresh mint, optional

Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Let them sit for about 10 to 15 minutes to release their juices. Layer the shortcake pieces with yogurt and strawberries, then add whipped cream if desired. Finish with a little mint on top and serve chilled.
